The Sony VAIO E11 Series SVE11125CXW is a late October 2012 addition to the E11 Series range and features the brand new Windows 8 operating system. This highly portable 11.6 inch laptop sports some decent specifications and Sony’s famed user friendly features. The slim line white design also makes this laptop a cool customer in the looks department.
The features, power and specifications of this particular laptop make it most suitable for casual users who require a highly connective and responsive laptop on the go. Business people who need to constantly access their information and frequent travelers will appreciate the large memory and ultra portability that this model offers.

1.7 GHz AMD E2-1800 dual-core processor: This AMD processor is specifically designed for small laptops, notebooks and netbooks. Isolated Keyboard: We’re massive fans of Sony’s isolated keyboard across all of their ranges. The accuracy and speed at which you can type on these is amazing. More importantly they have just the right amount of give and bounce which will make typing on such a small keyboard that much more comfortable.
Multi Gesture TouchPad: The touch pad is very intuitive and instead of clicking on buttons, you tap and touch the pad directly. For example, you can scroll down by using two fingers, or turn the page by swiping your finger across the pad. Get the idea? This tends to speed up your work rate and the lack of buttons also makes the pad more hard wearing and durable.
Connectivity: There are an array of ports, including: USB, HDMI, video output and microphone, headphone jacks. In addition to the standard features there is also the latest Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity so that you can integrate all of your devices. A 1.3MP web cam will also come in handy for when you need to make that video call to your business associates or your friends whilst you are on your travels.
Style & Design: Typically from Sony, this laptop looks great. The slick white design and wrap around design give the laptop very smooth and flowing, it’s aesthetically very pleasing and ‘looks the part’ as well as plays it. At 3.3 lbs however, it is a little heavy for a machine of it’s size. But with the massive memory that it offers, the weight should be a minor issue.
